All audio recordings on this website were made lawfully in Queensland, Australia, under section 43(2)(a) of the Invasion of Privacy Act 1971 (Qld), which permits a party to a private conversation to record that conversation. All material has been lawfully supplied, and further evidence has and will continue to be supplied to the relevant authorities.
