Who

Personal record kept by Holly Tegan Dahm (also known as Holly Dahm, Holly Osborne). It documents employment, banking, and institutional disclosure matters involving named entities in Australia.

Why

Primary documents, audio recordings, and screenshots are preserved so the record is verifiable, citable, and durable. This is a personal record and a statement of personal opinion. It is not a statement of fact, and it is not legal advice.

Method

Documents are published as received. Audio is published as recorded. Where redactions are necessary (date of birth, home address, personal mobile, private email) they are applied at pixel or audio level before publication. Full names, case numbers, ABN, BSB, HIN, and PID references are published.

Verification

Where files support it, SHA-256 hashes are recorded alongside the evidence. Every page carries a canonical URL. Corrections are logged at /corrections/.
